This is what happens almost every single night at our house. It is like WWF for about 30 minutes. Usually both boys are trying unsuccessfully to conquer daddy.

A Christmas Shave

Jaxson has beautiful brown hair but refuses to brush it. He won't let anyone else brush it and washing it has become a nightmare. Today, he got on the wrong nerve and I decided to make good on my threat, "If y0u don't let me brush that hair, I am going to shave it off" Well, I should NEVER be allowed to use the clippers after a full day of mischief from the kids because Jaxson looks like he is bald. I had convinced myself that it didn't look that bad but Jade came home and said "Jaxson, you look like you have had chemo" Poor Jax. At least he likes it. He keeps running his hands through where his hair should be. Must be some sort of weird "phantom pain" Pictures to come soon. I promise

I am getting nervous...........Is someone building an ark? Because I did not get revelation to build an ark and no one has invited me on their ark......if someone is building an ark, please take me!

I hear strange noises coming from the kitchen and I should get up and check what the kids are doing but I think I will blog first. Connor was a star this year at the Ward Christmas party. He was thrilled because he is obsessed with stars. He looks so happy.

My day was full of baking and in the middle of making my kiss cookies, I hear a man's voice in my house. Jaxson had opened the door and let the mailman inside. Not only had he invited the mailman inside, he was naked. (not the mailman, Jaxson) It gets better. Not only had he let the mailman inside while he was naked, he had apparently gone to the bathroom without his busy mom knowing and had a dirty bum. I expect the state of New Jersey to be at my house tomorrow taking my children away. I cannot get Jaxson to keep his clothes on. Jade took Jaxson to the gym last week and left him in the kids corner while he was working out. After 20 minutes he heard over the loud speaker, "Jade Borowski, please come to the kids corner" When he got there he saw Jaxson running around the room naked, tackling other kids. The kid has a future as a stripper. That's all I can conclude.

Lucky
2001-2003

Having our new puppy Dallas has brought back some memories from the past. Before we had Connor and Jaxson to keep us busy, we had a dog named Lucky. I laugh when I look at Dallas and remember Lucky because I realize that Lucky may not have been the smartest dog but we sure loved him. How many dogs can take a picture like that?? Just look at those crazy eyes and sharp teeth. It was heartbreaking when Lucky died. He traveled with us from Utah to Calgary from Calgary to New Jersey. He was with us when Connor joined our family and he made sure everyone knew that he was the boss of the house. To say Lucky was dominant would be an understatement. Jade's mom liked Lucky because he was a mouser. He was skilled at catching mice running around the Borowski home. As much as Jade likes having this new puppy around, I don't think he will ever have a dog that he loves as much as he loved Lucky. Lucky had attitude and personality.

Kayce loved Lucky too!! She will deny it but they shared a special bond.

Our New Puppy!

This is Dallas. (named after Connor's favorite hockey team, the Dallas stars) Connor has been pleading for a dog and after negotiating and promising that Dallas would count as his birthday and Christmas present, we agreed on a bichon. Connor is in love with Dallas and doing a good job so far of taking care of him.

I have to leave in 30 minutes to drop the kids off at the babysitter and then drive 30 minutes to the hospital where I do clinical until 11:30 PM. This is our current situation.....
1. Jaxson is naked. Not a single article of clothing on him. He was fully dressed less than 30 minutes ago.
2. I cannot find my stethoscope. I'm sure it is hiding in the same place that Jaxson has conveniently stashed his clothes.
3. My dinner for Jade and the kids is half completed.
4. I need to leave in 30 minutes and yet, I'm sitting here in my chair.....blogging. It is all about priorities.

My only thoughts today......if school doesn't kill me, the children will.
